Every day, we woke up and start thinking, running and struggling with our daily life, but are you doing what you are suppose to do or doing what you are told to do?

Obviously our thoughts guide us and tell us what to do. Of course we trust in ourselves and believe that we are doing exactly what we are suppose to do. But why are we feeling tired, stressed and overwhelmed. Our inner voice then tell us that we’ve forget to do this and that...we could have manage our day in a better way, focus on our agenda, perfect planning for a perfect day.


But can you honestly say that you are relaxed and satisfied with your life? Using wisely determination, stubbornness or persistence to achieve your goal.
We all do struggle with managing your life but if everything start with a though, how do we manage our thoughts to achieve the result that we truly want.

Stop for one minute to challenge your intrusive thoughts for a flawless ming?
What are you really thinking about? Is it what you’ve planned this morning when you woke up fresh and ready for the day?
Any magical wand on how to reshape your brain to live a life full of happiness.

No it’s all in YOU. You can simply train your spirit to control your mind. Changes which will bring your spotless mind to reshape your brain, so your brain will eventually stop disease to affect your body. All for the positive and wonderful result of feeling content and happy.

Impressive isn’t it? Now...How can you control your mind and thoughts. Theses thoughts  who pop into our mind without any permission?

“Cogito ergo sum”by René Descartes meaning "I think, therefore I am".
In short, you can always doubt the certainty of everything, but the very fact that you are doubting is something which cannot be doubted. You are indubitably thinking about something.
Your brain is working and you are  processing something.

This is essentially what "I think; therefore I am" means. Whether it’s a right or wrong thought is something I will leave for further posts.
The contrapositive is easier to understand: if I don't exist, then I don't think. 

Dead brain can’t think.

If I'm not actually in existence then I wouldn't be able to cogitate on myself and my surroundings. Now how can I control theses thinking?

On solution could be maybe by using the Neuroplasticity to renew your brain?

This is called neuroplasticity and it is defined as the brain’s ability to mould and to shape itself in response to thoughts, experiences, emotions and movement.”

As we exercise to keep our body in shape, we must exercise our brain as it will help slow age-related mental decline.

Now let’s play. pull away the limits of our Imagination.
